Anyway no one mentioned any such instructions and we were all out $25.00 each. Makes no sense, money should be on card so you can move from one machine to the next and use YOUR money as you please on any machine. I was told later by a supervisor that they are all taught and instructed to give us instructions as to how to use the money on card otherwise the machine were you activate card is where the money stays and if you leave that machine your money stays in that particular machine. We received our money on card but were NEVER explained how to use it. Even though the other employees there saw she was having difficulties only the gentleman was the only one really helping her. Girl who helped us was nice but new and didn't really know what she was doing.
Second, we didn't get our money on card so had to go back and stay on line again.
Had to pay $26.00 was suppose to receive $35.00 back, sounds good right? WRONG! 1st off right off the bus the line to get your players card was extremely long and slow.
